Thank you so much for your request to have Pastor Chris minister; it’s an honor to partner together! Please read over the following information carefully to confirm we have everything recorded correctly. Upon receiving your electronic signature, confirming everything is correct, Pastor Chris’ assistant will contact you within 5 business days to discuss & potentially confirm the event. A letter of confirmation will be provided at this time. We look forward to serving you and your people!

The following is an overview of various details as it relates to Pastor Chris’ ministry at events. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Travel Accommodations:

As a ministry, we believe in supporting both Pastor Chris and one assistant when he travels for accountability and support. In some cases Pastor Chris ‘s family may attend the event if available, taking the place of an assistant. We ask that for events more than 100 miles of Dallas, TX two tickets for airfare be provided. If for some reason this is not possible, please let us know as we do make exceptions based on reviewing the situation. Pastor Chris’ admin will contact you regarding booking tickets and travel arrangements. If your event location is within 100 miles of Dallas, TX Pastor Chris will not need a flight but will drive to your location. In this case we ask that the payment of gas be reimbursed in cash. Gas receipts to your location will be given to you by Pastor Chris or his assistant upon arrival, at this time, please total the amount and double it (for his trip home). Before his departure, please provide this amount in cash to Pastor Chris.

Transportation:

The church/organization is responsible for Pastor Chris and a male assistant’s transportation. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation to and from the airport, church and hotel. A rental car is usually not necessary, but we will advise you well in advance if this is requested. We ask that a male be available to transport Pastor Chris and his assistant for the duration of the event.

Accommodations:

The host church/organization is responsible for hotel accommodations for Pastor Chris and a male assistant. Please provide one hotel room with two double/queen beds during his stay. In the event that Pastor Chris’s family is able to accompany him, his Admin will notify you upon confirming the event and discuss with you additional requests.

Financial Requests:

Chris Estrada Ministries requests payment for the event be given in the form of a Love Offering or an Honorarium to help support the growing ministry of Chris Estrada Ministries and Pastor Chris’ family. Please have the payment available upon his departure. Checks should be made payable to: Chris Estrada Ministries

Technical Rider:

We request that Pastor Chris be provided with one of the following microphones (listed in order of preference)

Cordless Handheld
Headset/Lapel

Altar Ministry:

Pastor Chris believes in letting people make a public stand for salvation, repentance, and various needs. For this reason he will usually provide altar ministry to those in need of it. Please have at least one member of your worship team available to lead and flow with Pastor Chris during ministry time.

Promotional Information:

A biography and photograph for promotional use is available at www.chrisestrada.tv Please feel free to promote your event to local churches and surrounding communities if you feel it necessary.

Audio/Video Recordings:

Chris Estrada Ministries asks that the church/organization provide us with a copy of all audio and/or video recordings of the services if possible. This can be given to Pastor Chris upon departure or emailed to info@chrisestrada.tv. Chris Estrada Ministries reserves the right to duplicate and sell all audio/video recordings of Pastor Chris’ ministry engagements.

If traveling by plane, we will be responsible for purchasing the plane ticket(s) and will send you a travel invoice, which is to be reimbursed to "Chris Estrada Ministries" within two week of the invoice date- is this something you agree to?

You have reached the end of the CEM Booking Packet. By electronically signing this agreement, the event host, church, and/or organization agrees that the above listed event will host Pastor Chris Estrada, and agrees to comply with all requests herein stated by Chris Estrada Ministries. By signing you recognize Chris Estrada Ministries relies on Love Offerings/Honorariums as its main source of support, if the invitation to minister at the above mentioned service, conference, or event is cancelled by the event host, church, and/or organization, it is agreed that the event host, church, and/or organization will be responsible for mailing 50% of the above agreed honorarium amount to Chris Estrada Ministries within 2 weeks of the cancellation. A cancellation invoice will be sent once a cancellation is confirmed by Chris Estrada Ministries. Please sign below and date.
